To ensure that your donation can also be processed, we need your name and address as well as some mandatory details for bank or credit card collection. Server log files

In server log files, the provider of the website automatically collects and stores information that your browser automatically transmits to us. We have no influence on this. These are:

  • Visited page on our domain
  • Date and time of the server request
  • Browser type and version
  • Used operating system
  • Referrer URL
  • Host name of the accessing computer
  • IP address

The IP address is partially anonymized by the hosting provider, i.e. the last three digits of the IP address are made unrecognizable (e.g. abc.abc.abc.xxx). This means that the IP address loses its personal reference. Identification is no longer possible. It is no longer a personal date. We reserve the right to check this data subsequently if we become aware of concrete indications of illegal use. This data is not merged with other data sources. The basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 letter b DSGVO, which permits the processing of data for the fulfilment of a contract or pre-contractual measures. The server log files are deleted by the hosting provider after 60 days.

Use of umap / OpenStreetMap

We use map sections from umap on our website to show you how to get to us and to show you where our projects are.

umap is an open source mapping tool that works on the basis of the French OpenStreetMap service. Your IP address is forwarded to OpenStreetMap so that the maps can be displayed. You can find out how the data is stored by OpenStreetMap on the OpenStreetMap data protection page and in the OpenStreetMap wiki.

The provider of OpenStreetMap is the OpenStreetMap Foundation:
Openstreetmap Foundation
132 Maney Hill Road
Sutton Coldfield
West Midlands
B72 1JU
United Kingdom

We base the use of the above-mentioned tool on Art. 6 para. 1 letter f) GDPR: the data processing is carried out to improve the user-friendliness of our website and is therefore in our legitimate interest.

Contact form

Data transmitted via the contact form will be stored including your contact data in order to be able to process your enquiry or to be available for follow-up questions. These data will not be passed on without your consent.

The data entered in the contact form will be processed exclusively on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO). A revocation of your already given consent is possible at any time. An informal notification by e-mail is sufficient for the revocation. The legality of the data processing operations carried out up to revocation remains unaffected by revocation.

Data transmitted via the contact form will remain with us until you request us to delete it, revoke your consent to its storage or until there is no longer any need to store the data. Mandatory legal provisions - in particular retention periods - remain unaffected.

Feedback form

You can use the feedback form to give us feedback on the event you attended. You must enter the name you used to register for the event. This is the only way we can determine whether the feedback is real or fake. The feedback will be sent to us by e-mail.

Contact by phone or e-mail

If you call us or send us an e-mail, the personal data such as name, phone number, e-mail address, address and inquiry will be stored by us until the end of the processing. Afterwards they will be deleted. Legal regulations, e.g. legally required retention periods, remain unaffected.

Newsletter data

For our newsletter dispatch we use the program Acymailing. If you want to receive the newsletter, we need your e-mail address. A verification of the given e-mail address is necessary and you have to agree to receive the newsletter. The data will be used exclusively for sending the newsletter. The data entered will be stored in our content management system.

The data provided in the newsletter registration will be processed exclusively on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO). A revocation of your already given consent is possible at any time. For the revocation, a This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or you unsubscribe via the "unsubscribe"-link in the newsletter is sufficient. The legality of the data processing procedures already carried out remains unaffected by the revocation.

Data entered to set up the subscription will be deleted when you unsubscribe. If these data have been transmitted to us for other purposes and elsewhere, they will remain with us.

With the help of newsletter software Acymailing we can analyse our newsletter campaigns. When you open the email sent with Acymailing, a file contained in the email, a so-called web beacon, connects to the server of Acymailing. We can thus determine whether a newsletter message has been opened and which links have been clicked on. In addition, information such as the time of retrieval, IP address, browser type and operating system is recorded. This information cannot be assigned to the respective newsletter recipient, since the IP address is partially anonymized. The data is used exclusively for statistical analysis of newsletter campaigns. This enables us to better adapt our future newsletters to the interests of the recipients. If you do not want to receive analysis by Acymailing, you must unsubscribe from the newsletter. For this purpose, we provide a corresponding link in every newsletter message. The data processing is based on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO).

Cookie Policy

Our website uses session cookies. These are necessary for our website to function. We have a legitimate interest in ensuring that our website works. Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser.

We use AcyMailing for newsletter delivery. More details are described in the section "Newsletter data" above. After a certain amount of time on our website, a pop-up will appear in which you can leave your e-mail address for the newsletter. In order for this to work, a cookie is set. The duration is set to the shortest possible time of one day. You will not be tracked.
