Without a pumping test, you run the risk of taking more water from the groundwater than flows into it. The groundwater level would then fall and in the long term the water balance would be out of balance.
The evaluation of the pumping test showed a capacity of 5100 litres per hour. That is far more is needed. The operation of the hand pump will not have any negative consequences on the water balance and thus on the environment.
