Please note that within the scope of this use your contact data will be transmitted to this online payment service provider. If you have entered your data in the donation form and send it, it will be transmitted to us via a secure SSL connection.

Server log files

In server log files, the provider of the website automatically collects and stores information that your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:

  • Visited page on our domain
  • Date and time of the server request
  • Browser type and version
  • Used operating system
  • Referrer URL
  • Host name of the accessing computer
  • IP address

The IP address is partially anonymized by the hosting provider, i.e. the last three digits of the IP address are made unrecognizable (e.g. This means that the IP address loses its personal reference. Identification is no longer possible. It is no longer a personal date. We reserve the right to check this data subsequently if we become aware of concrete indications of illegal use. This data is not merged with other data sources. The basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 letter b DSGVO, which permits the processing of data for the fulfilment of a contract or pre-contractual measures. The server log files are deleted by the hosting provider after 60 days.

Contact form

Data transmitted via the contact form will be stored including your contact data in order to be able to process your enquiry or to be available for follow-up questions. These data will not be passed on without your consent.

The data entered in the contact form will be processed exclusively on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO). A revocation of your already given consent is possible at any time. An informal notification by e-mail is sufficient for the revocation. The legality of the data processing operations carried out up to revocation remains unaffected by revocation.

Data transmitted via the contact form will remain with us until you request us to delete it, revoke your consent to its storage or until there is no longer any need to store the data. Mandatory legal provisions - in particular retention periods - remain unaffected.

Newsletter data

For our newsletter dispatch we use the program Acymailing. If you want to receive the newsletter, we need your e-mail address. A verification of the given e-mail address is necessary and you have to agree to receive the newsletter. The data will be used exclusively for sending the newsletter. The data entered will be stored in our content management system.

The data provided in the newsletter registration will be processed exclusively on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO). A revocation of your already given consent is possible at any time. For the revocation, a formless message by e-mail or you unsubscribe via the "unsubscribe"-link in the newsletter is sufficient. The legality of the data processing procedures already carried out remains unaffected by the revocation.

Data entered to set up the subscription will be deleted when you unsubscribe. If these data have been transmitted to us for other purposes and elsewhere, they will remain with us.

With the help of newsletter software Acymailing we can analyse our newsletter campaigns. When you open the email sent with Acymailing, a file contained in the email, a so-called web beacon, connects to the server of Acymailing. We can thus determine whether a newsletter message has been opened and which links have been clicked on. In addition, information such as the time of retrieval, IP address, browser type and operating system is recorded. This information cannot be assigned to the respective newsletter recipient, since the IP address is partially anonymized. The data is used exclusively for statistical analysis of newsletter campaigns. This enables us to better adapt our future newsletters to the interests of the recipients. If you do not want to receive analysis by Acymailing, you must unsubscribe from the newsletter. For this purpose, we provide a corresponding link in every newsletter message. The data processing is based on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO).
