The Canadian organisation Global Harvest Ministries Internation (Global Operation Philip Initiative) approached us and asked if we could help them build a water supply for the Vanin Medical Centre in Kajumiro, Uganda.
Pumping Test For Global Harvest Ministries International
So far, only one borehole exists without a hand pump, without anything. No performance data of a pumping test is available. Therefore, the first step is to carry out a pumping test in the existing borehole. Depending on the result of the pumping test, a solar pump can be installed there to pump the water into an elevated tank or only a hand pump can be installed.
The aim is to determine whether the borehole is sufficient for the water supply of the clinic, the planned Bible school and the guest house.
The costs for the pumping test amount to 3,700 euros.
