4 steps to start your fundraising campaign:
- Enter the title (action) of the page
- Insert target amount
- Enter a short description of your donation page
- Share action link and collect donations
With a personal photo and a good description you motivate your friends and acquaintances to participate.
Give your campaign a fitting title and choose your donation goal in a way that you can easily reach it. It is best to share the action link a few weeks before your event so that everyone knows about it and can participate in time.
Your friends, acquaintances and family will certainly support your personal request and help you to reach your donation goal quickly. Helping is contagious - the more people learn about your fundraising campaign for clean water in Africa and participate, the better. Start early and take some time for a good information text. In this way you can inspire others and get them excited about your campaign.
Make your donation campaign a success!
This is very simple: Share diligently on all channels. The more people know about your personal action, the better. Set a good example and make the first donation yourself. This shows that you are fully behind your project and is an incentive.
Use Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, Messanger and other networks to call for online donations for your campaign. Your family, friends and acquaintances will be happy to support you, and more distant acquaintances will follow. You can also print the link to your appeal on invitation cards or distribute cards with the link at your party or event.
Simply share diligently with all the friends and acquaintances you know. A good description and a photo is also important. Your fundraising campaign is visible to all visitors of the website. Maybe other people who don't know you will also find your action great and donate for it.
Institute Water for Africa (IWFA) is a non-profit Christian organisation that has been implementing water projects in Africa for over 15 years.
IWFA does everything related to water: water supply, sanitation, hygiene, irrigation - whatever is needed.
IWFA also offers seminars and workshops to teach the basics of water supply, sanitation, hygiene and disease prevention.
IWFA works everywhere in Africa where help is needed: No place is too remote or "insignificant".
IWFA cooperates with local partners. The applied technology is individually adapted so that the people have the greatest possible benefit. They should be able to continue the project independently.
People should have enough clean water available so that they are less likely to fall ill and children miss less school time. A better life is possible and people can experience practically that God loves them.
A project can start as soon as the costs are covered.
