After a good two weeks of work, the mission hospital Adi, DR. Congo, has running water again. The newly purchased centrifugal pump was installed in the pump house and connected to the old generator with a coupling.
For almost three years, the hospital staff carried up to 10,000 litres of water in 500 jerrycans from the spring to the hospital every day. With the replacement of the centrifugal pump, normality has returned. The employees can now go back to their real work, the medical work.
