Server log files
In server log files, the provider of the website automatically collects and stores information that your browser automatically transmits to us. We have no influence on this. These are:
- Visited page on our domain
- Date and time of the server request
- Browser type and version
- Used operating system
- Referrer URL
- Host name of the accessing computer
- IP address
The IP address is partially anonymized by the hosting provider, i.e. the last three digits of the IP address are made unrecognizable (e.g. abc.abc.abc.xxx). This means that the IP address loses its personal reference. Identification is no longer possible. It is no longer a personal date. We reserve the right to check this data subsequently if we become aware of concrete indications of illegal use. This data is not merged with other data sources. The basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 letter b DSGVO, which permits the processing of data for the fulfilment of a contract or pre-contractual measures. The server log files are deleted by the hosting provider after 60 days.

Data entered to set up the subscription will be deleted when you unsubscribe. If these data have been transmitted to us for other purposes and elsewhere, they will remain with us.
With the help of newsletter software Acymailing we can analyse our newsletter campaigns. When you open the email sent with Acymailing, a file contained in the email, a so-called web beacon, connects to the server of Acymailing. We can thus determine whether a newsletter message has been opened and which links have been clicked on. In addition, information such as the time of retrieval, IP address, browser type and operating system is recorded. This information cannot be assigned to the respective newsletter recipient, since the IP address is partially anonymized. The data is used exclusively for statistical analysis of newsletter campaigns. This enables us to better adapt our future newsletters to the interests of the recipients.
