First we carried out a pumping test; it lasted just under three hours. The result is good: 2550 litres per hour are available.
That is about four times what one manages to fill into canisters in one hour. Then we closed the hole with concrete and created a concrete drainage channel. The company had ready-made formwork. The concrete had to be produced as usual without a concrete mixer. At the end of the day, everything was ready. The concrete has to harden until Wednesday. Then the hand pump will also be installed. Until then, the concrete has to be kept moist.
